Systems Architect (Edison, NJ)
Identify client’s business requirements and develop a solution using commercial products and custom software. Maintain software architecture documents based on evolving system requirements. Oversee Technical Lead’s tasks during the implementation phase. Ensure the overall integrity of the software architecture and validate it against the system specification. Analyze risk and report problems during requirements meetings. Ensure adherence to process, such as source control and release management. Conduct code review sessions with the development team. Collaborate with Project Manager to estimate the work of developers. Mentor and assist junior members of the team including a Technical Lead and 4 software developers. May travel 20% of time to clients in the US. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering + 5 years progressive experience. Experience in SDLC, Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JSF, JMS) Object-oriented language, Oracle database, Oracle Identity & Access Manager, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition, Sun Identity Manager, WebLogic and Websphere.
